This website is operated by Exodar Ltd, trading as Tori Tint ("we", "us", "our"), company number 15974346, registered office 8 Outrams Wharf, Little Eaton, Derby, England, DE21 5EL. You can contact us at tori@toritint.com. By visiting our store or buying from us you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

1. Our products

We sell printed children's books. We try to show the books, covers and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed product.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error; if we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). No VAT is charged on these books. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery details are set out in our Shipping policy. The books are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Your right to cancel and returns

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as explained in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

7. Use of this website

You must not misuse this website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or by placing fraudulent orders. Text, illustrations and images on this website and in our books are protected by copyright and may not be copied without our permission.

8. Personal information

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on this page when you placed it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email tori@toritint.com first and we will try to resolve it.
