Returns and refunds

Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the books. To cancel, tell us clearly within that period by emailing tori@toritint.com with your order number. We will then email you returns instructions, and you have a further 14 days to send the books back to us.

Please return the books unused and in the condition you received them. You pay the cost of returning them unless they arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. We may reduce your refund if the books have been handled in a way that goes beyond what is needed to inspect them.

We will refund the full price you paid, including any delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the books back (or proof that you sent them, if earlier). Refunds go to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a book is damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or give you a full refund, and cover return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded except where the law requires it.
